“Customer” or “You” refers to any individual, business, or organization that purchases or uses our services.
“Services” refers to all data-related, software, and technical support services provided by QB Data Services.
2. Service Scope & Limitations
QB Data Services provides remote assistance for data recovery, data migration, cloud setup, third-party software integration, and accounting software installation.
Our services are subject to the following terms:
- Each service plan applies to one device per customer, unless otherwise stated.
- Customers must ensure they meet the minimum system requirements, including a stable internet connection and up-to-date security software.
- No Absolute Guarantee: While we use industry-standard tools and techniques, 100% data recovery or migration success cannot be guaranteed due to potential hardware or system limitations.
3. Payment & Billing
- All service fees are non-refundable, except under conditions stated in our official Refund Policy.
- Services may be purchased as a one-time plan or annual subscription (1, 2, or 3 years).
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- QB Data Services reserves the right to revise prices with prior notice to customers.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customers must cancel their plan prior to renewal to prevent automatic billing.
- Refunds are only applicable if the primary technical issue remains unresolved, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to the following:
- Provide accurate billing and contact information for service delivery.
- Cooperate with QB Data Services technicians during remote sessions.
- Avoid unauthorized system modifications after service completion, as such actions may void any support or claim.
6. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer:
QB Data Services is not responsible for:
- Loss of data beyond what can be recovered through standard recovery tools.
- Hardware malfunction, system corruption, or conflicts caused by third-party software.
- Financial or operational losses due to service delays or accounting software issues.
Maximum Liability:
QB Data Services’ liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
7. Account & Data Security
- Customers are responsible for securing their login credentials and safeguarding sensitive business information.
- QB Data Services does not store payment card details after transaction completion.

8. Service Termination & Refusal
QB Data Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:
❌ The customer engages in fraudulent activity or provides false details.
❌ The customer violates these Terms & Conditions or behaves abusively towards staff.
❌ The requested service cannot be completed or falls outside our area of expertise.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, documentation, technical materials, logos, and designs on QB Data Services are the intellectual property of the company.
- Customers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any material without prior written permission.
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
- Any disputes will first be addressed through informal mediation.
- Unresolved matters shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in the customer’s region.
